Isolating Single Phase Transformers

TM-IS series includes single phase transformers in which the main and secondary windings are electrically separated by means of an electrostatic screen, with the aim of reducing the danger of an accidental contact between the earth and the parts under voltage or the metallic parts which can be put under voltage in presence of the insulation failure.
This transformers, up to 4kVA are built with "cloak" type nucleus (Fig.2). For higher power the transformers are built with "column" type nucleos as Fig.3
On request the dimensions can be varied according to available space.

a) power in V.A.
b) voltage and frequency of supply line;
c) secondary voltage
d) ambient temperature
e) working ambience.
